Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Orders & payment
- Prices and availability are shown at checkout and are final on order confirmation.
- We accept cash on delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. At checkout you can pay part of the price online (pre-order items) or the full amount online; the rest is cash on delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if the price was clearly mis-listed or stock is unavailable; in such cases you receive a full refund.
Returns
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging and condition. Some categories (intimate wear, perishables, digital goods) are non-returnable — these are flagged on the product page. See our full Refund & Return Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the storefront — no scraping, no bulk-buying for resale without prior agreement, no fraudulent payments. We may suspend accounts that violate these limits.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the storefront before they take effect.
