We deliver across Bangladesh through our courier partners (Pathao and Steadfast). Here's what to expect.
Coverage & delivery time
- We deliver to every district in Bangladesh, usually within 1–3 business days.
- We ship Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday/Saturday are processed the next Sunday.
- You'll get a tracking link by SMS (and email, if you added one) as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.
Delivery charges
- We charge the courier's own live rate — it depends on your district, which of our warehouses your items ship from, and the parcel weight. No mark-up.
- Orders of ৳2,000 and over ship free.
- The exact charge is shown at checkout as soon as you pick your district, before you confirm.
Cash on delivery
All orders are cash on delivery. The courier collects the order total in cash when your parcel arrives. There are no extra COD fees beyond the delivery charge shown at checkout.
Tracking
Track your order anytime at /track using your order ID and the phone number from checkout. We also send updates by SMS and email.
