Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — sign-in, cart contents, checkout state. The storefront can't function without these.
- Functional — remembering your region, language, recent searches.
- Analytics — usage data so we can fix slow pages and broken flows.
- Marketing — measures ad performance and helps us show relevant ads on other sites.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings. Note that disabling strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout.
Third parties
Some features rely on third-party cookies — payment processors, embedded videos, analytics. These providers have their own policies; we list our current providers on our Privacy page.
Analytics & advertising providers
To measure traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising, we use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These set cookies and receive usage events (pages viewed, items added to cart, purchases) so we can understand which ads lead to sales and improve the store. When you place an order, we also send these providers a record of the purchase from our servers — including your email and phone number in a hashed (irreversible) form used only to match the sale to an ad click. We never share your name, address, or readable contact details with them. Each provider processes this data under its own policy: Google and Meta.
